CLEVELAND (June 30, 2014) – Prosper for Purpose, the strategic marketing and development company, today announced that Heather R. McGinness, CNM, CFRE, has been named a consultant.
McGinness will oversee Prosper’s fundraising activities for non-profit client accounts, as well as bring her counsel to marketing and business development initiatives for Prosper’s corporate clients. Prosper currently serves clients in the areas of marketing, development, public relations, media relations, social media and business-to-business relations.
“Heather’s results-oriented approach and extensive background providing strategic development counsel to national and international organizations will be key to delivering solutions that achieve our clients’ goals and grow our business,” said Lorraine Schuchart, APR, founder and principal of Prosper. “However, it is Heather’s personal and professional values that make her perfect for this position.”
McGinness is a Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE) and an Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP) Master Trainer. She holds a Certificate in Non Profit Management (CNM) from Case Western Reserve University’s former Mandel Center for Nonprofit Organizations. She has worked at Case Western Reserve University, Homesafe Inc., the Sisters of Notre Dame, Lutheran Metropolitan Ministry and currently works with Lutheran World Relief.
